You need to choose a side. Be it in any religion or any relationship, those who are in the middle of anything are always the most dangerous. These are the seculars. You can't be like a pendulum, swinging back and forth. So, if you want a better society, you first have to confront such secular people and explain to them what is right and what is wrong according to reality. Explain to them the importance of knowing what is right and what is wrong. So, choose your side wisely, think about it, and react accordingly.

No More Silence: Workplace Harassment. Until Women's Day every year, there was widespread celebration on social media about women as sources of energy, empowerment, and diversity. However, shortly after Women's Day, we continue to hear distressing stories of female employees being harassed by their male colleagues, line managers, or known connections on social media platforms, eg. LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Such behavior is still prevalent and disruptive in today’s society. This harassment can take the form of sending unwanted messages or calls, making unreasonable demands, asking for favors, or sending inappropriate visuals that make the woman feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. The question that arises is, why do these individuals feel so desperate to engage in such behavior?
